Only developers with at least three years of experience with .NET website development using C#, web services, XML/XSLT, JavaScript and SQL Server 2000 should apply. No response will be given to developers not meeting these requirements. Experience with AJAX is a big plus. Good command of spoken English is essential. Fast internet connection is required for working on a remote server and Skype communications. Development platform is Visual Studio .NET 2005 and SQL Server 2005. The site is for a Trade Organization and will provide searchable listings of the members, a login for members to view certain parts of the site and maintain their organization and individual profiles, a calendar of events, FAQs, and a library (listing and pdf files) of commonly used paper-based forms). The application will comprise two websites: the public site and the administration site (more specifically, there will be two parts of the same website). The admin section of the site will be written with AJAX which will require developers learning how to use our company?? own implementation of AJAX and becoming familiar with our client-side data controls. Instruction on this will be provided online with screen-sharing through Microsoft Live-Meeting and Skype for voice. The learning curve for this is about 12 hours and it is expected that there will be no charge from you for instruction by us. It is our intention to locate skilled developers who can work for 10 U.S. dollars per hour and can learn our processes with a view to a continuing development relationship.
